Complaints Procedure

For any dental complaints – please read our Complaints Policy.

Each and every member of our staff at Dental Perfection strive to deliver excellent patient care and the highest level of service to our patients. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your treatment or the service you have received, and you wish to make a complaint, we have a complaints procedure in place.

All complaints will be dealt with in a professional manner with the strictest of confidence as quickly as possible.
